He has been with Eurotom for the past seven years as a Technical Consultant specializing in corrosion testing and accelerated UV weathering equipment, process temperature monitoring systems, and machinery for emulsification, dispersion, and pigment milling. Drawing on the experience gained during this time, he supports customers in selecting the most suitable solutions for their processes and is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and training related to the above-mentioned equipment and systems.

He joined PTH Eurotom Ltd. in 2021 as a Service Engineer, providing service and technical support for BYK-Gardner instruments used in production process control within the paints and coatings industry.He currently serves as Service Manager at PTH Eurotom Ltd. For the past three years, he has been delivering professional training on the operation of instruments for measuring color, gloss, transparency, and haze, sharing his expertise and practical experience with customers.

A graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) in process and mechanical engineering, has been leading the export sales division at VMA-Getzmann GmbH since 2022. He manages international projects focused on the design and implementation of customized systems for dispersion, mixing and milling. His work supports a wide range of industries including paints and coatings, renewable energy, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, specialty chemicals and many others.  With a strong technical background and extensive international experience — including several years as managing director of a manufacturing site in China — he offers deep expertise in process engineering, cross-cultural project coordination and customer-oriented plant design. In his role, he serves as a vital link between engineering, sales and market requirements, with a clear focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions

Regional Sales Manager Instruments, BYK-Gardner Service Point CZ/SKMy first experience with coating business was 20 years ago. I started to work as technical assistant of sales for local instrument distributor, responsible for technical specification of corrosion cabinets, sun and UV testers for accelerated weathering tests. I worked with various local paint makers and paint users. In 2007 I joined company BYK-Gardner on position of sales manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia. The core of the business was in automotive industry and the main topics were color and general appearance measurement of the coatings. Since then I'm in daily contact with car manufacturers and main add-on parts makers, helping them to understood measurement results and use them for troubleshooting and optimizing of coatings. This was very valuable experience and I gained lot of knowledge. The next logical step was to share all those informations, so I started support also other distributors, mostly in north/east part of the Europe. My very last task is supporting function for BYK-Gardner Instruments users in the area of Central Asia, where automotive industry is on rise.  I enjoy to work with our distributors and I especially love to work with PTH Eurotom in Poland, because it's company full of professionals, who are very kind people as well.

He is responsible for developing the company's product portfolio in the field of surface treatment and implementing advanced technological solutions for industrial customers. In his day-to-day work, he supports manufacturers in optimizing production processes by combining technical expertise with the practical experience gained through numerous successful industrial implementations.

He is the Head of the Department of Thermal Engineering and Safety Engineering at the Faculty of Maritime Technology and Transport of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.His scientific achievements include more than 80 publications, four patents, and successfully implemented industrial know-how solutions. His primary research interests focus on paint and coatings application technologies, particularly spray booth systems, as well as energy efficiency, modelling and simulation, optimization techniques, and decision support systems.He collaborates extensively with both national and international universities and industrial partners. His professional portfolio includes technology implementation projects for industry, innovation assessments, and technology audits.His most notable international activities in the field of coating technology include a consulting visit to the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA) in Stuttgart, Germany (2015), and an invited lecture at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, USA (2014).He serves as an expert for the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) and the European Commission. He has also evaluated R&D projects for government institutions in Montenegro and for innovation agencies in Cyprus.He has co-organized several international conferences, including: Painting Technology Workshop (Kentucky, USA) – 2015–2018 International Conference on Knowledge-Based and Intelligent Information & Engineering Systems (KES) – Member of the International Programme Committee since 2017 E-CONGRES PAINT POLAND – Member of the Scientific Committee (2022, 2023)
